Fan Cart

This is the perfect device for easily demonstrating experiments with motion and force. Great for discussing and teaching about Newton’s 1st, 2nd, and 3rd laws of motion. Have your students predict what will happen when the plate is blocking the fan. Experiment with how the cart moves with the on-board propeller opposed to an external force. This set up could even be used to discuss aerodynamics by addressing how the cart moves by an external force with and without the plate. Great hands-on, visual education.
